Prayer for Annointing

 

Lord God, our redeemer, giver of health, wealth, relationships, and salvation. We give you thanks for this holy anointing prayer of God.

We ask that your holy anointing fall upon us. We call upon Christ to uphold and fill us with the fullness of His grace, power, and healing virtue to anoint us, as in accordance to your word in (Mark 6:13 and James 5:14).

We pray that this holy anointing is applied to us, to bring glory and praise to your name, allowing us to partake as you have appointed us spiritual priest, and sovereign kings. (Rev 1:6)

You increase the skills of our hands as anointed workers, and increase our territory of authority in management and leadership skills. We pray that you manifest knowledge of the healing power from God’s love to the believers that are in love with you, as well as the unbelievers that seek you presence.

As the apostles anointed those who were sick and you healed them. Lord God, you released their sufferings, and restored their health and strength.

God grant to us the powerful presence of the Holy Spirit that brings your holy anointing. We receive this holy anointing through our Savior Jesus Christ, in repentance using His name, cleansed by His blood, enforcing your holy anointing by the activation of our faith. This holy anointing speaks of the perfection of your finished work.

May God deliver us from all evil, preserve us in all goodness, and bring us to everlasting life; through Jesus Christ our Savior. Amen.
