All physical merchandise items sold and shipped by us may be returned to our store within 30 days of receipt with a few exceptions. An item must be returned in the original packing and original condition, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase. If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will correct your order upon notifing us and ship the correct order out, with no applicable shipping and handling charges.
CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays: Must be returned unopened.

Books: Must be returned unused and unmarked.

All Virtual Electronic Downloads: Cannot be returned. All donations are final and all donations from those downloads are nonrefundable.
